Has anyone ever used one of these rolling toolboxes. If so, or if you know anything about it, please provide your thoughts and comments. I've never seen one of these before.

I can't see it for around the shop, but tool box for the track etc. might be good. No point I can see for collapsible legs if you don't need to stick it in a car etc. and take it someplace else.
