Don, I gotta thank you for the idea. All we need now is an electrician and we should have all the bases covered.

Looks like I'm in good company here , I can personally attest to Don aka OI812 being a great asset to the site. I meet Don through another board via a product trade and after that trade he glady helped me with the hose bib issue in my garage. I wanted a hot and cold unit but didn't have much luck finding what I wanted. Don not only found the unit I wanted in less then a week but he got it for me and shipped it to me , best part he got it for me $25 cheaper then the cheapest place I found.
I look forward to being a part of this site and helping in any way I can. In the very near future I'll be finishing up an article on how to setup a small garage for detail shop use. Any way I can be of assistance please let me know.

I am an electrician and would love to help out whenever I can. My last job I finished yesterday was wiring a garage for a guy who is a mechanic. I also have 10 years landscape install experience.
I am hoping to build a house soon and plan on a big garage to park all the toys in. I have a couple of quadracers, dirtbike, ski boat, jetski and 2 racecars, both for auto x.

Plumbers are good people.
Just don't post any pictures
If there's a section for "Jack of all Trades, Master of None."..I could probably help there...

Luke,
I think this is a great site and I'd be more than happy to help with what I (claim to) know:
1. machining & machine shop practice (cnc, mill, lathe, EDM, etc...)
2. 3D design & manufacturing (mechaincal)
3. how to build / make things (prototypes, machines, components, etc...)
take care,
REFLEXX

And also new to the site, nice place. I'll try and keep an eye out and make it around when I can, always good to help out fellow gearheads and ... er, well, garage junkies.
