Best adhesive for VCT tiles? any installer references in central Florida?

Any adhesive better than others for putting armstrong VCTs down in a garage. Can anyone refer a good installer in Central Florida (east Coast)?

I used Armstrong's own adhesive.

Home Depot recommended the Premium Adhesive by Roberts. It will be a month before I get to try it myself - HD said it was approved by Armstrong (HD doesn't carry the Armstrong brand of adhesive, but does carry the tile).

I'm a bit north of you, mid-michigan but I used to lay tile for a living and swear by Armstrong 750 adhesive.

Anyone have any installer references in the Central Florida area? I've put a couple of posts looking for installers on craigslist but only get replies from people who are charging ceramic install prices....
