I picked up a 24" Aluminum offset pipe wrench that has The Ridge Tool CO Elyria, OH along the handle like my other aluminum Ridgids, but is has a RIDGAL logo on both sides and nothing on the jaw.

What time frame is this from?

Is it aluminum perhaps?

a few pics and I may be able to walk it over there, although I doubt anywhere there knows. :)

Quick google search turns up aluminum instead of steel.

It is aluminum, but my other 7 aluminum Ridgids don't have "RIDGAL" they just say Ridgid like the steel ones.

are you sure its a RIDGID?
perhaps it is made by RIDGAL?

Looks like RIDG (space) AL. I'd like to know why they have a special moveable jaw for the aluminum wrench.

I've got a steel one like that my grandad used. It's 80 years old if it's a day, and might be older.
