I went to the site about a month ago and requested a catalog. Nothing received yet.. How long does it take or am I out of luck??:headscrat

It seems to me that Cornwell is not interested in your (or my) business unless you work at a shop and are serviced by a dealer.....

Yea, I noticed the exact same thing (i had forgotten I even ordered, actually)

Cornwell should reconsider their customer base in a tough economy, any customer is a good one.

I've had 3 catalogs shipped in 1 week. Maybe you guys forgot to say "please." :dunno:

Give them a call instead, they sent one to me pronto.

Met with my local Cornwell dealer, very friendly and willing to work with you on cash. (Dealer is a woman!)

Just for that, I did the online catalog request thing. I don't have any dealers in my area, so this SHOULD be good incentive to get someone to actually send over a catalog book...

I didn't mean to order 3 catalogs, but they didn't send me a confirmation of receiving my 1st email; so then I tried 2 more times before giving up. :D

Since Cornwell only sells through dealers I'm not sure why not having one would be more of an incentive to give you a catalog.
