Trying to find information, ideas and pricing for a garage/shop/storage set up. Been looking at the steel buildings and thinking they're probably my best bet but just trying to sort through it all.

Thinking something like 24x50x12 so there's room for a lift. We want room for 6 vehicles (SUV, 3 cars, 2 motorcycles). Actually considering a taller building to give some storage in an attic/loft area.

So, yeah, basically looking for ideas, stories, cost estimates/comparisons, etc.

Uh oh, the new guy is replying to himself. Our lot is an odd shape. 130x50 + 15x25, roughly. Where the house is set leaves me roughly 66ft from the house to the back of the yard, and it's about 50ft across. Plus the 15x25. The 15x25 is off to the left side when you walk down the driveway (11ft wide) that runs down the side of the house.

The existing garage is roughly 30x24. I want bigger, but I also want to either retain access to the 15x25, or utilize the 15x25 as part of the garage. Can steel structures be odd sizes? Like 40x24 with a side room of 13x20?

Thanks for any help you can offer the newbie.

I'd suggest the Miracle Steel buildings. Check out my thread for reasons why.
