Matco Cam and Wedge Type stud remover

can someone get a value of this thing? Matco pt# SR19. can't find any info on Matco's website, not even a similar one on there. there're about 1/2" section of the teeth are worn out, i'm wondering what would be the best way to do, go buy a new one from others, or have the wheel replaced, or if they would just warranty it(no likely).
