I inherited this Kennedy box from my sister. She purchased it in the '80s for her art supplies. Dimensions are approx 18x29x14 deep. Model number 186-226015. Anyone know anything about these? Links to info? Any help would be appreciated.

Since I do not see any castors under it, I am going to bet it is a side cabinet that could have been added to a bottom roller cabinet. At least that is what it I think it is.

The strange thing is, it has the lip to hang on the back not on the side. Makes me think it was a part of some kind of work center configuration.

In that case I would say it was originally intended to be a drawer unit attached to the underside of a work bench or the like.
