Columbia bench grinders?

Has anyone heard or used Columbia bench grinders? I'm looking at listings for 1/2 hp grinders, leaning towards an older Baldor if I can find it, and saw a listing for an old USA-made 1/2 hp Columbia 7310 grinder.

Any opinions? Good for under $50?

Never heard of Columbia bench grinders, stick with Baldor unless you can show me a pic of the Columbian that that knocks my socks off! LOL

I'd say any older US made grinder is going to be ok...

I personally do NOT own one..... But the shop I work for has a Baldor.... IT KICKS ASS!!!

why 1/2 hp? Good luck getting a good grinder for under $50. A few have gotten lucky on here, but not many.
