Man, I'm in love with that garage door. I think you have the glossiest garage floor I have ever seen. Good stuff! :deathmeta

nice
The full glass door is nice, but no good for my cold a$$ climate....... I wish I would have added some window to my garage doors for more light( chepo contrator).
Nice floor also, is it painted, or the peel and stick tiles, or a full roll of vinyl?

Hey Spud Thanks For The Nice Comments. Those Doors Are Not Glass They Are Screen Doors By PGT Mounted On The Outer Side Of The Main Door So The Door Can Move Up & Down. And The Floor Is ARMSTRONG COMERCIAL Tile Glue Down It Holds Up Well.
P.S.The Only Draw Back Is After You Open The Garage Door You Have To Get Out Of Your Car To Open The Screen Doors!

Hey can you post some better pics of how those screens doors operate? That is a neat idea. Is it in the same track as the garge door???
Was the floor expensive to put down in comparison with an epoxy liek u-coat-it?

Very Very Interesting thanks much for the link, I agree that price isn't too bad. I am just north of you up in Detroit, was wondering if you found someone local who was a dealer or if you had to order from them down in Florida?
Thx again

Install a door track under the existing door track and then make four frames and screen them this way you can open it just like the door for easy access.

Wow, I just contacted a dealer for PGT and he quoted me $800 for a single car garage, not including installation. Funnone do you by chance have the name of the dealer in your area?
How would this work with a one car garage? Thanks for your input.

Hey ERok01,
Here in toledo i got mine through A&A Exterior Remodeling & Awning(419-473-9731) I paid 537.83 on 4/23/04 7'x16' with 8" kick panel and i installed it myself. sounds to to me like your dealer is trying to stick it in your ass! :wtf:

I hate to keep bringing these old threads back to life but I'm new here within the last few days.........I'm only about twelve miles north of you myself. As I am "in the country" I'm curious as to how well these screen doors will protect against the little flying insects from getting through or are they designed to do that at all? Nice place.........thanks in advance......Keith
