I had a 1/2" cordless drill burn up on me recently. I probably had less than an hour of actual run time on it. I called the 800 number, they gave me the nearest service center address.
I mailed it out Tuesday and I have just opened a package from Dewalt with my drill all fixed. WOW, that was fast.
Wondering if any of you have had any experience with them.

I had a grinder die about 3 weeks after I got it. I called the rep for my area and he gave me a new one.

When I was shopping for my miter saw, I was going to get it in the USA. I called Dewalt CS and asked if the warranty would be valid if I bought in the USA and brought it to Canada. No problem, they told me. It's a North American wide warranty.
