Many posts here at GJ segue off-topic. So how's this for a tool-related tangent..?

Lowell George was a very talented slide player. Slide players employ a tube on their fret hand to get that cool sound. Normally this would be a glass or steel slide. Does anyone know what Lowell used?

This ends forever the question of whether great work can be done with a Craftsman socket.:beer:
