Yeah I figured that much. It's looking pretty sad if we can't even produce our own hammers.

Meanwhile, I found a seller on eBay that's selling brand new Nupla 32-oz. hammers for $20.00 shipped; I may go that route.

Hey merk instead of making this another ridiculous month looking for a ball pein hammer just drive to Sears and pick up a stinking Craftsman with a nice Hickory handle (which is made in the US by the way) or buy the Cman pro or Nupala with the Fiberglass handle.

If you want the compocast buy it from MC-master they sell the Stanley ones and despite what someone else will say they work every bit as good as the Snap-off ones because they are made by the same company.

i have some nupla made sk and cmam. no issues. i also have some stanley dead bows that i just picked from grainger. great hammers at a great price. same as the older macs an snapon if i am correct.
