Anyone know what this is? Black Gold Diesel?

I got this awhile back in a lot of tools.. I have no freakin clue what it is or what it does. Its threaded on the long end and the back end has a cap/handle that says "black gold" and "diesel" on it.. no other markings or part/model #'s etc. Its like a fiberglass shaft with copper electrical winding around it all encased in a rubber type stuff.... Yeah I'm not a diesel guy so I have no idea and a google search obviously brought up nothing but references to oil. LOL

HAHAHAHA... holy crap makes sense. I was like.. wtf is this thing? I got a bunch of electrical stuff in this box and I just figured it was some test tool. Count me as a little slow to the show today. :lol_hitti :spit:
