I just picked it up to hold my more home repair type tools (plumbing, drywall, etc) Its a little beat up but should work for what i want after i clean it up, and maybe do a little rust removal and paint. Finish looks like what i normally see on kennedy boxes but the logo plaque is gone.

Kennedy... not sure the model #
EDIT... I also like how you can close it up and it covers both sets of drawers. I have no idea on the age, etc. Looks pretty decent for what you want to use it for.

I'd say it's a Kennedy too. The drawer handles and the finish tell me that.
Never seen one with that type of drawer configuration, though.

well i got it home and it is indeed a kennedy model number 294-8371, still can't find any info on it though. I would like to find at least a rough idea of manufacture date.

My first thought was Kennedy also, but after seeing the drawer caver I would think maybe Beach. At least that is what I was told the one I just bought is. I pick it up after Thanksgiving.
