Hey Guys

I picked up a nice EASCO 3/4 Drive set off Ebay - sold as new, and everything looks new.

The extension is VERY loose on the ratchet (all sockets are TIGHT directly mounted to the ratchet).

Since the set is obviously new, the extension specs (ratchet end) are also obviously off.

Forgive the dumb question, but is EASCO still in business so I can warranty the extension?

I appreciate all help

Thanks!

Thanks!

I called KD Tools customer service, and they told me to go to my nearest Fastenal or NAPA store for a warranty exchange.

The customer service rep was very helpful - she said that the store will most likely have to order the part, and that if they gave me any trouble to have them call KD Customer service while I was still at the store.

IMPRESSIVE!

Guys - an update ......

Took the extension to my local Fastenal store for a warranty replacement. The manager had to call KD Tools & spoke with their customer service, since the store did not carry KD Tools. Customer service said to warranty the piece - no questions asked.

Stopped by today to see if my part had arrived yet - it seems that I had just missed its delivery. The guy went to get my part from shipping/receiving, and when he came out with it he said "I hope that you don't mind - since we don't carry KD Tools here, we are replacing it with an Armstrong Tool extension".

Hell no, I don't mind! :bounce:

Brand new, in the bag Armstrong # 13-923!

I don't care, it is impossible to top this type of customer service!

THANK YOU DANAHER!
