Very nice...
Is that one of those steel buildings that they advertise on TV?
Self assembled?

Its actually a Steelmaster steel building. It retails for $9700, I got it for $3700.
Its 1000 sq ft. Had to assemble it, but it was'nt too bad, other than the permitting and all the hassle that goes with it.
Great price.
How about some inside pictures? ;)

Am I figuring this correctly.... 37cents a sq. ft.?????
That's amazing..
I've seen these advertised - they look great...

I think it's $3.70/sq ft, which is still pretty low. I'm guessing maybe this doesn't include wiring/lighting/insulation/concrete pad etc?

Hey Rollman, yep its a real quality garage. Easy to assemble, although it takes at least three people to stand up each section, here's a pic while we were building it.
Everything fit great, no leaks or anything.

Byrdman, you're right about the cost, that was only for the building, everything else was extra. I did all the work myself tho, so no labor charges, just material.
Here's a few more pics. Don't mind the mess inside, everything I have is a work in progress. lol.

That's a great deal! Did you know someone with the "right" connections, or just catch a good sale?

Don't they make spray-on insulation that would stick to the walls?

Insulation never crossed my mind. I live in Florida, so even on the coldest days its not that bad.
Hey runum, check steelmasters website, they usually have a list of specials, they have some pretty good deals, and its an awesome building, I would recommend it to anyone.
