Saw this for the first time in a while tonight. Movie is horrible, but the cars are badass and the lead girl is smoking hot. :boobies:
You can also buy it for what it would cost to rent.

I remember the "buzz" about this flick after it came out, because I was deeply into turbo Dodges back then (two GLH-S Omni's and a turbo / 5-speed Caravan <believe it!> at the same time ;) )
It's a sophmoric storyline, but Charlie Sheen did a credible job all things considered.

You had a turbo 5 speed caravan? Awesome!
You ever hang out over at allpar.com? They have quite a large forum... Couple of turbo guys on there, too. What was your best track time? :)

Yeah, so far it was the best all around vehicle that we've ever had.
If only that Turbo Interceptor from The Wraith was a hatchback ;)
Our background is road racing, so we don't have any time slips if that's what you mean by "best track time" :D

Last i heard, one of the Turbo Interceptors from the movie was in Florida being restored. Can anyone confirm this and give any more details? I'd love to contact whoever has one of these cars and go check it out.

I've asked around, and it seems Chrysler still owns the original PPG pace car but one of the stunt cars was sold to someone recently who's doing a restoration......can anyone else fill in some blanks here?
