my snap on guy have used snap on 1/2dr torque wrench model is OJR 3200C for 100 dollars as it already had tested and it is working good....
i wonder if it is good investment to have it use at home where i do the tires rotate or have a tire repair after fixed the leaking at home. i always use torque wrench to tight the tire on specific of torque.
i have snap on 1/2dr flex head (40 to 250 ft lbs) and snap on 3/8dr (0 to 100 ft lbs) then i had craftsman 1/2dr round head (25 to 250 ft lbs) and craftsman 3/8dr (0 to 250in lbs) .
anyone have idea????

Sounds like you own more tools than all of us added up here.
I was out to get a new torque wrench last year and was going to order the new digital tech torque wrench direct from Snap On but after I saw the price I went out and got a Beta one. Not digital but just as good
If you think you need it get it

i had four good torque wrenches at work to do the repairs that require use torque wrench on the parts or service manager can find out why the tech crack the engine block or damaged the transmission that tech dont use torque wrench.....
i dont have one good torque wrench at home as i had china made one and it is messed up.... so i had asked you if it is good for buy it and keep at home instead bring one from work to home and finish use it then bring it to work next day or i am never know if i had tire flat at home and need use torque wrench to tight it up because i am very confident with torque wrench. also i had some of people asked me if i can do side jobs on my weekend time and i did a lot but i just hate it because most of my tools are at work and i had to figure out other way without damage the parts.....
so i just need some idea or opinions....

Considering the cost of a calibration, $100 is reasonable. Does it come with a case?
I have found have more than 1 torque wrench is convienent when overhauling tractor engines and transmissions, as I can set 1 for the cover and the other for the pan. It saves checking the manual with dirty hands.

Many times a tool is a good buy, but if you don't need it, then it doesn't make sense to buy it. If you feel that you can afford to spend the money and have a use for the tool, then buy it. If not, save the $100 and put it toward something that you can use or need. If you are looking for us to validate your purchase, that is hard for me to do. I don't know your financial resources, or your specific tool needs. The most that any of us here can do is to help you with advise, but the final decision is up to you. If you hit the lottery and have millions of $$, then you can buy whatever you like. Until then, I suggest that you learn to save some money for those things that you really need, and for your retirement. It is a good feeling to know that if you were out of a job for a few weeks, that the wolves won't be at the door hounding you. This is why you should save a little of your pay each week, for the day when you need that financial cushion..

that is good point. the reason is why i asked this post to see if anyone think it is good idea or not... i already had four torque wrenches (2 1/2dr and 2 3/8dr) and i dont need one for at work but afor home where i do some of side jobs on weekend. it is hard decide for me to do which i should save for my living or invest on this tool....
i have tons of different tools at work where i used it everyday.... i made every hour by clock in and clock out because i am part time. but i know that will get flat rate pay when i graduate from ivy tech college this semester. so i would like to save money for living but also i need tool to do the work to make living.....
I dont spend all my paycheck on tools. i am spend some money on tools which i can save myself of money to buy little used or already calibration it instead buy new one.....
all right i make myself decided to dont buy it as i can save myself money for living but i still need buy tools that i dont had or need special tool to do the repair....
