Hey guys,
Trying to identify a tool for a friend of mine.
This tool is labeled "ECLIPSE . SPIRALUX - Made In England"

from those pics it looks like a riviting tool although they are not the clearest pics? :beer:

Yep, a rivet-nut setting tool. Screw the riv-nut on the tool mandrel, push the riv-nut into a properly sized hole, and squeeze like a pop riverter. It expands the riv-nut and cinches it into the hole. Unscrew the mandrel from it and you are ready to mount something with a machine screw to it.

Yep, it's a rivet tool; I have one just like it in the garage .. :)

Yep, It is a revnut gun. It should have different size threaded shafts that screw in to the revnuts. I think all of the revnuts are made of alunimum. If there is anyway of being able to access the back side of the revnut after installation I recommend that you use a regular steel nuts for strength to keep from stripping the threads out of the revnuts. Harbor Freight should have the revnuts and maybe the puller shafts.
