They used to be made by B&D, but not sure now. Maybe DanaWaltRyobenDeckaher.

Is this the one you are talking about?
The Sears code is #00927299000
Thus the OEM code should be 009. However, I could not find 009 on the list most people use. http://www.owwm.com/Craftsman/Manufacturers.asp?SO=2

I have two. My original is about 30 years old. It's labeled a Craftsman Industrial Impact Wrench and "sold by Sears Roebuck", 900.275131.1/2, rated at 7.5 amp and 2700 BPM. The newer one I picked up at an estate sale. It's a Sears Craftsman 1/3 HP, 315.183010 and "Made in USA Sears". I haven't even tried the newer one out yet, but I can tell you I LOVE my older model. Works great and very handy around my tight garage when I don't want to take the time to fire up the compressor.
