I want to copy a Adobe pdf. file so I can cut and paste a few sections. They are from the Geotek report for the soil bearing verification testing. I've not been able to use my clipboard viewer to do this.

How can I copy the document?

If you cant use your clipboard then you can use your program "paint"
Copy / snapshot from the pdf file and paste to your paint program .

In one of the toolbars there should be a button to select text. All you need to do then is highlight the text you want, then copy it, and then paste it into whatever document you want to use -- like notepad. Also, under File there is a command to "Save as text" that will save the entire document in .txt format in notepad.

You can buy a full version Adobe Acrobat which will allow you to edit any existing pdf file ... kinda expensive unless you buy from a grey market ..
