new proto 3/8" drive ratchet

I picked up a 3/8" proto ratchet off ebay for 15 bucks cheap and I must say that it looks great. I wonder how long these are going to be this cheap, and made in the good old us of a11141

I believe that ratchet has actually been discontinued.
