I visited ZRWON's shop over the weekend, and was very impressed. We talked about everything including shop heaters. I had been looking at the Modine Hot Dawg heater, 45000 BTU for my shop which is 768 sq. ft. Shortly afterwards ZRWON was kind enough to send me this link

for the Heatstar heater. It is almost identical to the Modine, but $200 less. Any garage freaks out there have any insight or knowledge about this heater? Is the Modine worth the extra $200, or is the Heatstar unit by Enerco a better choice? Help.

Wow. $400? I have an old home furnace I was going to recycle, but at that price, for a new unit that mounts up and out of the way? That's pretty tempting.

I've got a 75000 btu hot dawg. Paid $1500 for the unit and installation. Works great in my 1200 sq ft garage. That other unit looks very similar...,probably would work equally as well.
