Keep in mind I have yet to build my shop.

But outside the small garage we currently have I took down a medium sized tree (roughly 36" in diameter) and I left the stump at a good level for outside...

I use my Dremel all the time, atleast 1-2times a month and it is 10-12 years old. Great tool for the little things! Actually used it Yesterday twice ;)

I wonder if one could modify the alarm mentioned above to drive a light instead of the buzzer.

This I could mount on a 3R box outside on the pole with a simple LED indicator lamp and a weather...

The problem with the monitor is it's not rated for outdoors.
The only place I will have power to detect from the Utility is outside on the pole above the meter.

The meter panel is already installed, my electrician did a hot tap when he installed it and re-ran the power lines from the transformer.

The "coolness" factor does play into it for me also.

Nothing against what others drive or like, but this man will NEVER own a Toyota/Subaru/Honda/Kia etc.

AWD is almost a must now the Duramax...
