Doors are not set in stone yet, 12 footers would probably be a good call.

I will not have anything stored in front of the garage bays, that is why the doors are away from the ends of the building....

I have a 1964 Simplicity Broadmoor that I have a blade for, works great up to around 6-8" of the light stuff. Heavy wet stuff and your looking at 6" being the max.
