Most paint suppliers have the most recent Pepsi color codes but I doubt they would have the one from that vintage. I do know that the current Pepsi blue is darker than the earlier ones.

Don't know about the SUV but I tried to buy a light bar with red & blue flashing lights and couldn't. It had to be ordered and paid for by a municipality. I would assume the same is true of the SUV.
