I work for a pump manufacturer and we make our motors in 50Hz & 60Hz for a reason.

My guess anything intended for 50Hz will not run long on 60Hz and vise versa.

Binrat,

I read that site this morning, the muffler would be something in addition to a sound deflector for the generator if I go that route.

Yes that panel is straight from the Pole and is 200A, house has a seperate feed from the same transformer.

So a mobile home feed 4/0 4/0 4/0 2/0 would work with ground rods at pole building?
