For a garage I wouldn't back roll. Just spray it out. Exterior is another story. If this is new drywall, then I would put down PVA primer first (tinted) then the finish. Not a fan of Behr, but is...

you need to backroll any paint you apply to wood to ensure good adhesion but getting it laid down with a sprayer makes it quicker

I was in Houston last week with my son for the USA Volleyball Tournament he played in. The heat and humidity were something I had never experience before. AC is a necessity there for sure!

I had a 1994 BMW 740i with the same color interior and I was NEVER able to get it clean like that either with home remedies or professional cleaning.
