I replaced interior & entry doors with schlage locks, handles & hinges. All very nice quality. The old ones were quikset and worn out after 28 years. Schlage is much better than the quickset.

We have expansive clay soil in parts of Arizona. Some homes are built using "post tension slabs". It is a thick slab with no footers that floats on the ground with steel cables in a plastic sheeth....

Not a DTS but we have a 05 STS that we bought 6 yrs ago with 35k miles on it. How has 60k on it and other than tires & brakes it been trouble free. It has the N* V-8.

Watch out with a pressure washer around the computer sensors, they can force water past the seals & cause corrosion later. I would use only a garden hose.
