the police are hard to find which is the root of the problem. The peddlers are required to have permits but there are no cops patrolling to check.

Goog looking truck. Hardly ever see a regular cab with 8 foot bed unless it is a stripped down contractors truck in white. The chrome really make it look classy (and the black paint).
