Trying to come up with the best way to install cabinets on the walls of my unfinished interior pole building. I'll probably install the supports before I do the radiant barrier insulation then attach the cabinets afterward.
Plan A: Install 2x4's perpendicular between 2 girts and secure on each end with a T-Strap. Should be plenty strong but is it overkill? Plan B: Cut down a sheet of 7/16" OSB to bridge the 2 girts and install directly to that. Pretty easy but is it strong enough? The cabinets won't really have anything super heavy in them, that's what all the pallet racking I put up is for. Thanks for the insight! |
