Well if I hadn't already had a VERY rusty Jacobs 26 machine, I would have never thought of it either. I would have done it up as a Vintage gas pump clone. The shape of it would have lended itself real well to that too.

I love that cabinet/ hutch with the glass at the top looks great. I would like to find something like that and have two side cabinets to put oil, brake fluid,antifr and filters ect in. btw I see your just up the road from me 35mi or so. I grew up in riley.

Darn, Darn, Darn! Dadgumyou! Now I am feeling like I need to pull down my repurposed metal office cabinet and apply a little new paint and deorations. And I was just starting to catch up on some projects! Seriously, Very Nice Job! Keep the pictures and inspiration coming.

I found a vendor on ePay that had them pretty reasonable (Oldgaspump.com). There's a whole aftermarket out there for people restoring old pop vending machines and gas pumps. They're about as crazy as us car guys! You name the machine...and somebody makes decals, labels, manuals, and some parts for it.
