I'll check my archives, and see what the old man gave me. I used to use his AB belt, dated 8/63. That disappeard while I was out injured, along with everything on it. I'll get back to you.

A big THANKS to GJ member "skipskip" who sold me a nice Bethlehem Steel (BIS) spud wrench, it's a 7/8 HVY....similar to the 7/8 R (regular) from my original post. I received it today. Was a little rusty-which is common for these. Before & after pics below.

What about a Billings 1-7/16? Wrench is sound, little rusty. Someone marked over the factory marking with some ID initials, but you can still make out "1-7/16 , Billings, and the B in a triangle mark. Shipping would cost more than I want for it, it's pretty heavy. PM me if interested.

I have a 1-1/4" marked 908 XT with brand <W>, a W inside diamond, which means "JH Williams", and made in USA. Got it from my grandmother, no telling how long its been in yard, barn, or garage.

I have a whole box full of these buried in garage. If your interested in a Herbrand let me know I should have one to spare. Herbrand was made in Fremont ohio and the company started in 1880's. Very well made tools up until about 1960 when they were bought out.....the later stuff is ok but just not the same quality...
