That blank slate wall has so much potential. I think your smart to leave it be for a while until the perfect idea pops into your mind. And, where are you thinking for the TV. Just right of the hanging cabinets?

I would consider a few 4x8 sheats of slatwall on that bare wall, paint it the wall colour and I think it would look great!

The perspective definitely helps. I love being able to refer back.

Thanks Rick, I'm glad you agree, just letting the ideas percolate a little bit longer. And yea for the TV it will be mounted to the wall above my Husky Tool chest. I'll put in on an articulating mount that can swing out.

A couple goodies arrived in the mail yesterday These two decals will be some added wall art for the new space. I went with the same 'Sunday Driver' as in my last space, as its also on my GLI, however i went with Black this time. This will go on the right side of the garage just below the window, where the GLI is parked. And this time on the direct opposite side i will put its counterpart.

Likely try and get these up tonight. Although i do also have to clean the house before wifey gets home hahaha.

Nice! Those decals will look good.

Good call on cleaning the house. The wife won't care anything about seeing how much progress you have made on the garage if she see's the house is a mess and all the work she will have to do. Haha. Better get that cleaned up too.

I went with the Mastercraft Maximum Workbench too. I also did the cabinets and roll chest as well, I am extremely happy with the quality of these pieces. Great job so far with the new place!

Hey Nico, I found this pic from my old thread.

Here's a pic of the box for the Tasco Cord Reel.

I used a couple of mounts that i had found at Home Depot actually. Can't find it on their website but i'll snap a pic. It may just be in the canadian stores i'm not sure.

They are great products no doubt. I especially like them when they go on sale But seriously the quality seems exceptional and the look is exactly what i wanted in this space.

Finally decided how i wanted to tackle this side of the garage. Wanted to replicate the decal and husky trackwall with some symmetry with the other side. Also added another layer which will house my bike racks once i take them off the car. I'm thinking i might also add the shelf and metal boxes on this side as well; idea is still brewing....

The top rack will hold these. You can see them up on the top right side of this pic.

And here is the 'Sunday Driver' decal mounted up.

Also deciding where to put this guy...

These pictures really allow one to see the progress you've made in the garage. Looks really good, so clean. And I like the spot you're considering for the garagejournal swag.

Keep up the good work!
