Default 24X32 Pole garage build

This is my first post and want to thank everyone for all the information they have shared on this forum.
Today started the build of my 24X32 pole garage. It is about 5 months later than what I hoped but an early winter freeze set me back. I will post pictures of the progress and hope to get some ideas along the way.

The first two pictures were when I left the house this morning. This picture was from four hours after they started today when I ran home during lunch.

Offtopic: is it camera perspective, or was that a HUGE friggin' tree in the last shot?

It was an oak tree with 42" diameter at the base. We dropped it over the weekend so they could start building.

Not bad for a day's work!! I built my 24 x 48 pretty much by myself and it took me........I don't know it's not done yet. Looks like a nice building in a nice setting.

I like how it's looking. Nice choice on the windows and doors, very ranch looking.

Excited to see more.

I wish I would have had the room to build something like that. Sweet!

That is a real tragedy to sacrifice an oak of that size. It must have been a couple hundred years old. Did you count the rings? I hope you were able to save some of the wood.
