I must contradict the idea that we should know who the bad apples are. I was a delay SS. I had no intention of lousing things up. I had no intention of stiffing my recipient. Unfortunately I became quite ill just after Thanksgiving. A common cold triggered some nasty liver and kidney issues that I have been dealing with since my car accident in 2006. I tried to rely on family and friends to mail my gift out and well, they didn't. Once I was able, I took care of it. I just wish it had gotten to him sooner and that he at least appreciates the thought.
Please, lets don't judge those who failed this round. Who knows what might have come up keeping them from fulfilling their commitment. On the other hand, if they flagrantly trolled the SS idea, then we should run them up a pole!

T56 you were my SS. Thanks for your gifts. The bad was I did leave for Kentucky prior to the package arriving. I was informed that it did make though. I hope things do get better for you and this year is your best ever. I didn't join SS for gifts but for the fun that involves the chase and find once things get figured out. After all it is more about the giving than the receiving. Thanks again.

Maybe one of the Snap-On guys will be my Santa next time... I promise to be good (except in the "Tell us something about the poster above you" thread... that doesn't count!).
