I'm making a final decision on flooring for my 30x36 garage. Looking back through some of the pictures of various installations, it seems that RaceDeck has a much more uniform appearance. Unlike some of the competition, the tiles seems to lay "flatter" with no large "crack" between tiles. Is this a fair assessment?

There are no gaps if your floor is flat. For mine, the only place that the edges seem to be noticeable at all is when the floor dips down, and even then, it's not obvious at all.

I was thrilled with the way my floor looks. It's easy to sweep because the tile edges are very precise and they lay absolutely flat. I'm not saying it's the best product out there since I've only used RaceDeck, but for me it's a great product and goes down really easy.

We made the tread design profile to get a great balance of traction and ease of rolling creepers, chests, stools, boxes , et on top.

I don't have a problem rolling my cabinets, tool chest, mechanic's stool, etc on my RaceDeck. I have the diamond plate design and the pattern's profile is pretty flat.
Regarding the "flatness" of how it lays on the floor...no problems. also, there is no debris getting caught between tiles. |
