Default snap on ya700 jack leaking question on rebuild

Okay, I absolutely love this jack even though its a monster it fits under all of our lowered cars actaully better then a low profile jack, however while working in the garage yesterday I noticed a little puddle of oil underneith it?? I guess the seal is leaking, one is this safe to use leaking? I assume it needs a rebuild, is that something you just look up in the phone book?? I have a real good hardware store in town paul b zimmerman perhaps they would know, I assume its worth fixing??
