Hi all, new here. My brother and I are going to be purchasing this former Machine Shop/Warehouse for our toy box.
It is a 6200 sf Pole Building. 1200 sf offices with 2 bathrooms in front, and two 2500 sf rear open areas with 1 bathroom for garage. it is on 3+ Acres and has Radiant Heat/AC in the entire building. Also parking for 25-30 cars just on the paved areas. Plans are to use garage for personal space, and rent front half of offices and parking lot for a used car center and hope to pay the mortgage and expenses with the rent. Will be signing sale agreement 12/15/10 and hope to be in by the first of the year. ![]() ![]()

Autoguy, that place looks huge!Great potential to make some $'s too.Good luck with it.
I've started converting a run-down farm cottage into my new garage. It's not that big(around 700 sq ft) but should give me enough space to build my car in comfort. Front view. ![]() Rear view.

Just signed a sales agreement earlier today. Now the fun begins with inspections, zoning, etc.
