Porter-Cable PORTER-CABLE 6.0 Amp Orbital Jig Saw PC600JS $75 Lowes any good?

Does anyone have any experience with this saw. I only really see it for sale at Lowe's for what appears to be a reasonable price. I have PC's 7424 polisher which is one of the best but don't know about their other products. My alternative is the Bosch 1590evsk for $140. Thanks!

I don't have experience with too many PC tools (other than my 7424 polisher and a small compressor) but you can't go wrong with the Bosch 1590EVSK. I've had mine for about 4 years and it works great. My only regret is that I didn't buy the barrel handle version - top handle gets to be uncomfortable if using it for extended periods of time.

A lot of PC's newer tools are being designed as a mid-range tool in the Black and Decker / Porter Cable / DeWalt family of tools. Personally I think it sucks that PC has pretty much been demoted from a true professional line of tools to a middle of the road value line of tools. They only have a couple of things I'd still consider buying from them and that will likely change as the line is fully integrated into B&D's overall plan for its brands.
