Default Cornwell Stud Removers

I recently acquired some Cornwell Stud Removers. The set is incomplete, and I would like to complete it. I have the 5/16", 7/16", and 1/2" inserts, but no socket for them. I also have the 9/16" and 3/4" inserts, and the Driving Shell (socket) for them. It appears that Cornwell no longer sells these stud removers. Does anyone know the OEM of these tools? I'm pretty sure that Cornwell didn't make 'em.

I have a 1988 catalog that shows some of them. Here is what the old catalog lists:

SMK-1016ST Five (5) Piece Concentric Stud Remover Set, 1/2" SQ. Drive

The set consists of:
SMA-10 5/16" Stud size insert Adaptor
SMA-12 3/8" Stud size insert Adaptor
SMA-14 7/16" Stud size insert Adaptor
SMA-16 1/2" Stud size insert Adaptor
Shell for 5/16" to 1/2" Adaptors

Any information would be appreciated.
