Default Did Ace Hardware tools have a lifetime warranty?

I was given this USA Ace screwdriver about 15 years ago and it's been in my truck toolbox since. I loaned it to a guy the other day and he broke the tip off. If I take it in will they replace it? With what these days?

I'm guessing this was made by Western Forge as it looks just like a Craftsman. I kinda like the clear/gold color scheme of the handle. Sorry for the iffy pics.

Yes they do, I never bought anything from them because the screwdrivers my boss bought for us didn't last but I did look.
