Default snap-on torqometer tq-150 date code? 1951?

i have aquired a torqometer tq-150 torque wrench thats still in the original cardboard box with warranty card and instruction sheet. the serial number on the wrench is 097027. the print date on the instruction manual was 5/51 but there is no date code stamp on the wrech or the dial. is there a way to find the exact date it was made? how do i place a value on this? the wrech has been used and is in nice condition.
