Mackdx & Haugy:
You can read a short description I posted Friday on the thread titled "RockSolid polyurea floor coating". That is just a small quantity of the issues and problems I experienced with the citadel/rocksolid floor coating. I suppose a new thread would be more appropriate to explain all the issues along with detailed background information on the install and past 2 years of use. I will work on putting that together... stay tuned. JP |

I want to be clear that our products are not experimental, these are proven systems that our commercial installers have been using on over 1,000,000 sqft. We are offering this to make sure the instructions are clear and our patent-pending packaging is everything we believe it is. But being a company that is diligent we are always looking for feedback in ways to improve our systems and thought this group would be able to help. I am not going to try to defend ourselves to some folks "if you have a problem please give us a call, when you are in the concrete coating business there will infequently be issues because you are dealing with plenty of unknowns in the make-up of the concrete slab itself" when we know our systems are top notch and the most widely used commercial one day floor coatings on the market " we private label for some of the major garage improvement franchises. Again we are not posting all over the board that our stuff is better than everyone else's "which seems to be the norm here" we are just trying to offer a win/win deal here.

Here is an article from last year when a major automotive racing publication completed their project with our first generation Pro Series product "which was still in cans and not our much easier to use patented burst pouch systems. Check these out.
http://www.circletrack.com/ultimater...ors/index.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nck-66bB60 "With these burst pouches anybody can roll this stuff out, with your average Polyurea speed does kill, but with our DIY Polyurea combined with our burst pouches my grandma can do this floor" |

Pm sent. I was just telling my wife I'd like to coat the floor in my 24 x 30 this spring, but I can crank the heat up to 80* and get it cured in the same time.

I was just wondering, who were the lucky ones to recieve the kits? If you did recieve any of the kits, since you should be coating your floor in the next two week per the OP, please post on here and let everybody (me) know about the results. I am trying to narrow down what I am going to use and would like to know a little more about this product and how it worked out.
Thanks MPH |

Looking forward to some feedback on this stuff. I can't seem to buy it in KS or MO, but maybe I could have it shipped in.

I was one of the lucky few to get a chance to try this product out. Unfortunately, This is how it came...
The good thing is Adam/Bruce are working to get this taken care of. What I like about this company is they are just a phone call away. Both times I called, Adam/Bruce were on the phone within minutes... Great people to deal with.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

jsut a bump to keep this on top.
Like to see how these things look in the end, and how DIY it really is. |

Mine came the same way.....not quite as bad as 00pewter's, but still was a mess. I opened mine the utility room, and made a mess inside. I havent talked to Adam, but Bruce has been lots of help so far. I'm hoping my second shipment comes intact, and I will be opening it outside!!!

Yikes!!!
Is that the epoxy/polymer packaged in bags? Well, this should give them a good evaluation on their packaging. Let us know how it goes. |
