Default Horizonal pipe Gary Steel 1092 vent cap

The installation manual for Hot Dawg heaters states:

All horizontal category III vents must be terminated with a Gary Steel 1092 or Breidert Type L style vent cap.

Does anyone have a good internet source for the 3in caps? All the local suppliers have not heard of this and it is a special order. What makes these caps so special, anyone know what pipe is designed to go with this cap? The only supplier that is over a 1 hour drive does not sell the pipe and not sure what pipe goes with the Vent cap. He mentioned you have to use category III pipe.

This is so confusing, are these just standard high wind caps with a huge markup or they worth finding?

Looking forward to having a heated garage this winter.
