Picked this up last weekend to complete my chrome socket set.

The TwinGrip pliers arrived yesterday. Someone on the forums posted about them and I just had to get a pair myself.

I also got a couple of wrench rolls from Proto to help organize the wrenches in my road bag.

I have an order in to MSC for the Gearwrench 120xp 19" locking flex head, but it looks like it won't be delivered until early or mid April. I also ordered a set of SK screwdrivers from the same place, but now they're showing out of stock with no ETA.

This was just delivered.... Somewhat hard to come by.... After many unsuccessful attempts with "Out of stock" notices, was finally able to snag one for $25.00 at Adafruit.....

Just curious... Do you have a specific use related to tools in some way? If yes, what?

I have an original model b(still running) that I wanted to upgrade. Those things became like hens teeth! I'm glad you scored one.

Went to HF to look around. Walked out with tools of course lol. Got some new rubber mallets I needed more for the house all mine are old and falling apart one of them I duck taped back together lol. I use rubber mallets mainly for straightening license plates out but at the house they could get used for anything really. It looked like they were changing the design of the mallets a bit to a more rounder type. These are the old style and don’t look nearly as cheap as those do. The new ones look badly cheap lol. And the head was loose on one. Two new magnetic dishes one of them is the best color which is blue to match my cart at home. I don’t have a blue one at all. I still have to get green now lol. A stubby ball peen hammer for the house. And a clamp which they substituted for the rags that were supposed to be free. I’m getting back into tool buying now I was just buying license plates now I’m buying both haha. Was going to pick up some 3/8 shallow impact sockets but decided I’ll get them somewhere else.

Toyo ST-350 cantilever toolboxes. Really impressed with these. Solid metal construction, made in Japan. Still figuring out how to load them out.

Nice looking boxes and colors. I noticed you have the WERA red and blue screwdrivers. They were posted on AMAZON a while back for crazy cheap, I placed an order but never received them.

@shibertus Where'd you nab those Toyo ST-350 cantilever toolboxes if you don't mind me asking. Those look super handy!
I got them from the MoMA Design Store. These 3 colors are exclusive to them. The standard colors are available on eBay from Japan, or if you like blue the Trusco branded version is on Amazon. The Toyo and Trusco are identical except the Trusco has an additional set of linkages that automatically pops the cantilevered portion out when you open it.

Those are a recent purchase and my first set of Wera screwdrivers. Unique looking tools and good quality, but not sure if the handle shape is my favorite.

Picked this up last night just to hold all the Milwaukee cordless. Needed the deep drawers for some of the bigger items. $750 for SnapOn is getting into Harbor Freight prices.

I know I said that I didn't want to know, but what is the model number and/or dimensions of that box?

I picked up a Trusco Y-350 to try to keep all of my camera repair tools in one place. I didn't work out as I envisioned, but the color is so dang nice, I simply could not send it back.

Rough draft of the layout. Still need to figure out the second layer of foam.

Got some of the knock off pliers. These are definitely not Knipex quality. But for the price, they go on the work truck and the real deal gets to stay at home in the tool box. If a helper loses them, it won’t hurt so bad.

Hex bits, Railer, Capri ratchet, and HF extendable. All for the vehicle tool kits.

Kobalt appears as same as Klein. Picked up a couple to keep on the personal vehicle kits.

It is a KRCS42PB from 2011 or before. I had to call SnapOn to find out anything about this box, have never seen another one. 40 inches wide 20-22 inches deep with power strip in the top section. Top depth is 6.5, chargers will fit here with 12A batteries charging with lid closed, M12 batteries went in the left slot wher pry bars would go and M18 5 amp and less fit on the right side same place. Almost like it was made for that purpose. Shallow drawers are 3.5 and hold M12 tools nicely, next is 6.5 for M18 impacts and Band Saw and bottom is 11.5 deep and will hold fans, lights, and circular saws. A 6 drawer would not hold the bigger items like circular saws and fans. I am still in the market for an end locker for my double bank, for now I have a Harbor Freight one bit it is to narrow and to shallow to be very useful. Also in the market for a small sturdy work cart, just something to lay a few hand tools on while working on something, don't need drawers as nothing will be left in or on this cart when not in use.

Bought a 3piece set of E Torx Plus sockets from Titan, The EP20 & EP24 are a nice smooth shiny semi-gloss black, The EP22 is a dull, chalky, rough, flat black.
How ******** difficult is it to get the same finish on three sockets?

and the stenciling on the sockets is upside down..

Nice.

Is this a current item? I had the bigger set 20 yrs-ish ago minus the foam. All I got left is A 6" and 4" flat, everything else is lost. They are great drivers !

That's good to hear! They seem to get a lot of good reviews.

I believe it's a current item. I bought the set from MSC. They had a 9 piece set that I regret not purchasing instead.

I picked this up on Saturday as well. Got this for home because my Stanley one broke. Probably should have gotten something better but it does the job fine for me. I just mainly use it to switch my license plates out on my truck every so many months lol. And use it on dads truck sometimes not often though. It feels better made than the Stanley. I wanted to get a Capri one but they only have the T30 in 1/4 drive and I like 3/8.

Scratch and Dent sale, I hope?

@BlakeTheCarGuy Witness protection program?

Funny, I was about to ask that exact question! 3/8 drive seems like massive overkill for driving fasteners to hold a license plate. Maybe he's replacing the bumpers that often. Teen driver in the house???

Why do you mount your license plate with torx? lol
