Sometimes a CL deal goes the other way too, as it should. I had an old couch and love seat set, used but ok condition. I had it for over 20 years and time to go. Posted the ad on CL locally, with pics, free to pick up, no delivery. Never know what to get for a CL ad like that. Got a reply not 1/2 hour after I posted, said they'd be here in 1/2 hour. They showed up on time, woman and her daughter. I back their Jeep and trailer down the driveway for them, helped loading, and off they go. The mom just moved to Green Bay from Des Moines and needed furniture.

Probably means a flat bed.
Well could be, but you would certainly think they would know it is worth closer to $8,000.00.
Never know it could be a legitimate one of those one in a trillion deals.
If it is, I'd never get it,
There has to be a million people in front of me.

Or, it could just be someone desperate to get rid of something that's weighing them down (it costs $$$ to keep something like that in storage).

I used to buy and sell A LOT of tool boxes in California and that seems insanely expensive to me. I bought more than a few KRL1001-7001 w/ tops sometimes for that or less. You could consitently find KR1000's for under 1k. Maybe it's just the 10 years of inflation...I could NEVER use a 17.5" deep box though
