I tried that, then they asked if I had a generator.I tell them I already have solar.
We have solar, last year a solar salesman showed up on the doorstep & asked if we were interested in installing solar. I told him to look at the roof...I tried that, then they asked if I had a generator.![]()
I picked up this BluePoint at an estate sale about 15 years ago...It was rusty with a broken handle. Got the head cleaned up a year later. Bought a new handle 4 or 5 years ago. Can't rush these things...Spiffed up an old ball peen hammer.
I bought this hammer for $2 at a barn sale probably 35 years ago, give or take, in the condition you see here. I have no idea how old it is, but it's antique plus 35 years; so, old. No brand markings on it. And believe it or not I have been using it in this state from time to time:

Oooo Hooo Hoo Barracudaaa! Not in the garage, or even remotely close to the garage...
Tell them you own a Honda. That'll shut them up.

The last guy that tried to sell me solar I told him I stole my electricity from the neighbor... go sell solar to him.We have solar, last year a solar salesman showed up on the doorstep & asked if we were interested in installing solar. I told him to look at the roof...
No, they were trying to sell me a backup generator. I agree with you about the battery backup though.A generator, or a battery? Battery makes more sense than a solar company selling generators.
When the "energy selling" folks ask if I pay the electric bill at my house, I tell them I have my own nuclear reactor. Typically, they don't know what to say after that.I got collared by a solar guy in Lowes recently while I was in the hardware aisle looking for some screws.
Said he just wanted to ask some questions.
Told him my *consulting fees* were $100/hr(iirc, may have been more), payable right now if he wanted to keep talking.
I held my hand out
He kept talking
Me, still holding my hand out: "$100"
He kept talking
Me, still holding my hand out: "What part of $100 are you having difficulty with?"
I got the sign on Amazon
Hartville.......................Spitzer ?
Which Spitzer dealership ?
Remember to feed the machine, it’s fighting a battle, and it needs fuel.I seem to have picked up a flue bug, so am resting and staying hydrated. The tightness in my chest seems to have passed. I was wobbly on my feet yesterday but feel better now.
I am avoiding working with power tools until I feel better.
Was the Makita angle grinder worth its premium price?
Finished the range to powder coat oven conversion.
Today, I took delivery of my new safe!
It was to avoid rising heat shutting down the controls. It's going to live in a shed, and be pulled out to occasionally cook things. When it's in use, it'll be held by the Dingo.Interesting 90 deg orientation for the control panel - was that intended for the location?
Are they a premium price? I think it was $90 AUD, or about $60 freedom dollars. Either way it's ****** fantastic, I'm thinking of getting another one so I can have one setup for cutting and one for grinding/flap discWas the Makita angle grinder worth its premium price?
Late to the party, but I've used this in the past with success. I know HDMI to DVI-D adapters exist. Not sure about the Lightning. Or the item name may give you better search parameters? IDK.Does anyone know if there a transmitter and receiver dongle that would make the connection?
Was easy for me! Aside from having to get the room ready. I just had to pull the G8 out and move some stuff out of the room.
Just shy of 1600lbs, let the pros do it. They had to do a 90 and then go in a bit LOLThat's Cheatin'!I had to roll mine on pipes and turn a 90 deg turn!
Which Flowmasters are you running? Like them? Thinking of Delta 50s for my 80 F350

Thanks outlaw. I fully agree it would be nice but this room is small. Wouldn’t be enough room to get around the desk.I like that, and like that it has a right side "return" so you can rest the mouse arm.
On the legs, as long as she is not crashing into it with her chair or knees, its fine.
I personalty prefer to face the room, but have been stuck in corners at times too.
Thank you! I did get the parts I needed but claimed they were the last. Online confirmed, but I was always suspicious.Did you try this company for parts?

When I was redoing the height adjusting mechanism they had one piece that many places said was long discontinued.
They did not have the other two pieces but they found them for me from some guy in Tennessee that had several hundred of what I needed!
i found them to provide great service. When I asked a question on their chat feature I got an email answer back the same day.
On the phone I’ve always spoken to an intelligent human that could claim English as their primary language
