Dell 7212 rugged tablet. Much nicer than a laptop.

Thanks.
I hate Dell's website and apparently, these don't exist anymore, and the current versions start at $2,000.
However, I found the 7212 on Amazon for around $400.

That's how I got mine, brand new on Walmart.com for like sub 500 bucks. Took my chance and it paid off.

“New” rusty SK wrenches from Harry Epstien website. $7 each. 30mm. I need a 30mm wrench for alignments on Tundras that use a 30mm jam nut on the tie rod ends. Also needed if you want to replace the tie rods too. Compared to the price of shiny ones I can clean these up because for $7 that’s a steal lol. It’s going to get beat up being used anyway so I don’t care about shiny. Thanks to a member here for telling me about them. I quickly ordered 2 of them when he told me the price lol. Received in the mail on Saturday but just posting as I’ve been busy. A little wire brush and some oil will clean these up good enough to use. IMG_0014.jpeg

O'Reilly haul, well two items.

4 inch swivel 1/4 in drive ratchet. Needed something like this a few times already, but I made do with a joint or wobble between the socket and ratchet.

These locking pliers, I don't know what I'll use them for, but I'm sure whatever it is it'll be effed up at that point. That's usually when the locking pliers come out anyway. I have a few locking pliers, but I had never seen this shape before on locking pliers, so I added it to my collection. I noticed that the pliers can be tightened up with a 13mm wrench or socket or a 1/4 inch hex/allen key. The other ones I have, have a round knob and can only be tightened with a hex/allen key.

What a dream any automaker would mandate a manual transmission. Any and all forms of automatic transmission since 1950 are useless garbage.
You have to come to drive in Europe, most of them have manual gearboxes. The autonomous gearbox is considered an extra in most vehicles.

New to the shop but vintage drafting lamp for my main work table. The shop ceiling lighting is weak, so needed something to improve it. Had a standard articulating lamp, but the rear elbow/articulation was constantly in the way. This Amplex "Trombolite" telescopes and tilts so nothing sticking out the back side.

Kind of a tool....

I am in the process of building a 68' X 36' pole barn.
On one end is a 12' X 36' "carport that will be an outdoor kitchen.
My wife can burn water - If I want to eat; I cook.

A restaurant supplier outlet was running a 65% off sale.

Got this double sink for $385

As it used to be here in most vehicles, til the govt got involved.

The only older vehicle i purchased when new that came with an automatic only was a 1985 2500 suburban.

I smoked that bad boy at 195K. The posi rear end was slipping, the AC was shot and the body was starting to blossom. Kept the motor and parted out the rest as finding a heavy duty 4 speed automatic was impossible in 2001 and there was nothing available to rebuild mine when it imploded inside.

I ordered 4 sockets from Napa online. Quick shipping for sure. Gotta have an extra 10mm, then the 24mm 3/8 is great for Toyota transmission/transfer case check plugs and fill plugs on the more compact cars. 24mm 1/2 chrome is great for taking the plugs out on some too but it it’s better to be chrome for extra room because the impact rubs on some. And the 1-3/16 socket because it’s the same as 30mm for the axle nuts and it was cheaper than the 30mm lol. It arrived covered in dust. Must of sat for awhile. I ordered a 30mm from Snap-on but as usual driver shows up maybe once a month now again so it’s kinda useless when I needed it like weeks ago lol. I’ll still take his because it’s impact but I can’t keep borrowing them because my other one cracked and it was a no name so I just wanted to get this one. So I had to get this one to last till then. He had the 39mm on the truck when I ordered them so at least I got that one. Carlyle are great tools but expensive. The chrome sockets generally are reasonably priced but everything else way expensive lol. The sockets and other tools hold up very well though. There is a few I use everyday. IMG_0032.jpeg
